Levine Lee LLP is pleased to announce that partner Tracy Lee Dayton has left the firm to become a Superior Court Judge for the State of Connecticut. Ms. Dayton was nominated by Governor Daniel Malloy on April 3, 2018, and confirmed on May 3, 2018. Prior to joining Levine Lee, Ms. Dayton had a long and distinguished career as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York and the District of Connecticut, eventually serving as the Executive Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut. At Levine Lee, Ms. Dayton represented clients in major white collar and securities enforcement defense matters and investigations.
“Tracy is smart, hard-working and has a firm sense of justice and fairness,” said Ken Lee, a partner at Levine Lee. “While we will miss her, she will be a superb judge, and we wish her the best as she embarks on this new chapter in her remarkable career in public service,” said partner Seth Levine.
