The hiring process at Levine Lee is highly selective. Each year we hire a few lateral associates to join our team. We do not recruit at law schools, and we do not have a summer associate program. We offer a dynamic and intense team-oriented environment, where associates are given the opportunity to take on significant levels of responsibility and leadership in court and with clients. Successful applicants have generally exhibited exemplary academic records, served on a journal, completed a federal judicial clerkship, and worked at a highly regarded large law firm. We look for candidates who exhibit sound judgment, integrity, a high level of motivation, and who genuinely enjoy the practice of law.
