April 25, 2024:  At a reception at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Scott B. Klugman presented the New York County Lawyers Association’s Retrospective of the SDNY to Chief Judge Laura Taylor Swain.  Mr. Klugman served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Retrospective, which took two and a half years of research and was based on interviews with many active and senior District Court Judges.  The Retrospective, covering 2010-2020, presents the history of the District Court’s most significant cases and includes biographies of all current and former SDNY Judges, and will be available on the Court’s website on its Histories and Proceedings webpage.  Mr. Klugman previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of NYCLA’s Retrospective of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
