Steven Kessler practices in the areas of complex civil litigation and white collar and securities enforcement defense. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kessler clerked for the Hon. Allison D. Burroughs of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and was previously an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law (Order of the Coif; editorial board, Virginia Law Review) and the University of Virginia.
