Levine Lee obtains a settlement of $83.5 million from Deutsche Bank AG (“Deutsche Bank”) on behalf of the Lehman Brothers Inc. (“LBI”) Trustee, James W. Giddens. The settlement resolves the Trustee’s pending motion before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking recovery from Deutsche Bank in connection with its termination of an International Swaps Dealer Association Master Agreement between LBI and Deutsche Bank.
