The Lehman Brothers Inc. (“LBI”) Trustee, James W. Giddens, retains Levine Lee to serve as co-appellate counsel for his appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit from a decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York relating to more than $6 billion in LBI assets that the District Court awarded to Barclays Capital. The firm represents the Trustee along with Hughes Hubbard & Reed, which handled the matter in the United States Bankruptcy Court and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
