Scott B. Klugman chaired the Edward Weinfeld Award Luncheon, which was presented this year to the Hon. Reena Raggi of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. This is Mr. Klugman’s 7th year chairing the luncheon, which is sponsored by the New York County Lawyers Association’s Federal Courts Committee, and honors a distinguished jurist. The award is named after Judge Edward Weinfeld, who served on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The event, attended by approximately 350 lawyers and federal judges, was held at the Museum of Jewish Heritage.
